Hypnotic Green is the controller of the data collected on this site. For any privacy question, contact info@hypnoticgreen.com.

Forms: when you fill in a form we receive your name, email and the answers you provide. This data is emailed to us (via AgentMail) and used only to reply to your request. It is kept while there is a business relationship and for at most 2 years.

Bookings: meetings are scheduled on Calendly’s website (opens in a new tab), which processes data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log technical data (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention.

Essential: we store your cookie choice in your browser. This doesn't require consent. The site's fonts are self-hosted, with no third-party requests.

Optional (only with your consent): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (visit statistics), Hotjar and Lucky Orange (site usage analysis) and the assistant/chat widget. If you reject, none of these services are loaded.

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We ask again every 6 months.

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@hypnoticgreen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
